Positanovations was founded by Dr. Rock G. Positano, a pioneer in non-surgical foot and ankle care. He serves as the Founder and Director of both the Non-surgical Foot and Ankle Service and the Joe DiMaggio Foot and Ankle Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where he’s been on staff since 1991. A widely published expert and advocate for avoiding unnecessary surgery, Dr. Positano has helped shape modern approaches to foot health through evidence-based, biomechanical care.
